Simon and Deb Fleming, proud owners of Compac Homes, thrive on fostering a work environment that is accommodating and deeply focused on family and teamwork — an ethos that extends to the homes we create, built with care, integrity and a sense of connection.

Owners
Simon & Deb
Simon, a Licensed Building Practitioner in Carpentry and Metal Roofing & Wall Cladding, brought his building-industry expertise and passion for business management to Compac Homes when he and Deb took ownership in 2020. Deb, a qualified radiographer, applies her management expertise and love for people to the HR and payroll side of the business, and thrives on helping customers design cabin solutions tailored to their needs. Together they are committed to delivering exceptional living spaces while fostering a family-oriented approach — and when they are not crafting homes, they enjoy raising their three young daughters, snow skiing and time at the lake.
Design Consultant Manager
Courtney
Courtney is the backbone of Compac Homes, with over 15 years of experience in sales and customer service. Her passion for helping clients and her commitment to an exceptional build experience are at the core of everything she does. She thrives on the creative challenge of designing new floor plans, and her attention to detail ensures each home reflects the client's vision.

Nicole
Nicole joined Compac Homes in March 2021 and quickly became an integral part of the team. Her love for building and design began when she built her own home. Nic believes building a cabin should be exciting and straightforward, built on transparency and open communication — whether it is a tweak to a standard plan or a brand-new concept, she is dedicated to making the journey seamless.
Stock & Inventory Manager
Joanne ‘Jo’ Nichols
Jo joined Compac Homes in 2021 and quickly became part of the family. As our Inventory and Stock Manager, she oversees purchasing and stock management — a critical role that keeps our builds running like clockwork. Her attention to detail and dedication ensure every project has the resources it needs to succeed.
Project Manager
Jordan Goldsmith
Jordan brings a wealth of construction-industry experience to Compac Homes. With an electrical background and a career managing residential builds — from design-and-build to main contractor for developments such as Kāinga Ora — he ensures every project runs smoothly and efficiently. His strong team ethos brings out the best in everyone involved, ensuring high-quality results for our clients.
